We will represent your products in over 100 languages

How you get Paid

Its very easy to sell

We will advertise your products for you

There are no selling fees until we sell a product for you

We work on a basic commission of 14% (to be split at the time of customer satisfaction)

A customer has a 5 day inspection period from the date the product is received to verify if the products meets their satisfaction . Their paid amount will be held in  a “hold on credit card status” (like a hotel does when you rent a room).

The split of your 86% includes the taxes collected on the 86%. You are responsible for paying the additional tax money to the government

Our percentage of 14% also includes taxes of money collected on that 14%

Your options for product positioning within the ‘slider’ if space is available ta a percentage rate of 50%.

Option 2

The first row of the home page has an option of 60% you 40% us, if space is available.

Option 3

The second row below the slider will have a 70% you, 30% us, split payment rate, if space is available.

Option 4

The third row below the slider will have a 75% you and 25% us split payment rate, if space is available 

Option 5

The fourth row below the slider will have a 80% you and 20% us split payment rate, if space is available

Premier spacing for the slider, Row 1, Row 2, Row 3, Row 4 are for 1 month periods until the products is sold. It is to our complete internal discretion to list a product or pull a product from that spacing for whatever reason we wish without notice or reason.

We also have an “out call” service whereby if we notice something special you have listed where we think we have a buyer for it, by calling that potential buyer. That ‘out call’ service has a 55% you, 45% us, sales rate.

“Museum” option for vendors to show personal items that can also take offers on once 20 products have been loaded.

Museum option gets offered to the vendor in the “vendor loading page” after they have loaded 20 products

Each vendor will receive a “vendor number” when sign up with Treasure Store . Their product coding will look like this for a crystal.

You may be contacted by our sales staff to video record purchases over $5000 to help making an effort to assure your credit card is not being used as by someone else.

Buyer rules for the inspection period.

Your inspection period for this historical discovery is 3 business days / 72 hours from the time it was delivered.

* waiver of 3 day inspection the product must be se sell on site some items are so delicate or expensive.

People that make a reasonable offer have up to 5 days to pay or they could get their account cancelled.

If an offer is too low the potential buyer will receive an auto message stating up your offer came up under the financial thresh hold of what the owner considers a reasonable offer.

2) second time they get a 2 week suspension

That also states next time they will be cancelled
3) third time their IP and cell # get cancelled from our network.

since we sell unique specialty items your credit card will be charged money put on hold for 6 days until we have
been assured the product is available and have a tracking number to provide you for your parcel that will be either texted or emailed to you

When the item is shipped, your credit card will be charged a “hold status” for payment ) (similar to what a hotel does) when booking a room in advance. Once you receive it you have a 48 hour inspection period before the hold

When a person is receiving a return confirmation #, keep them on the phone until we have sent them the text or email . Have them click “I received the return address. Tab within that text or email.

Please note that now you have received the shipping return label you have 3 – 6 days to have it returned back to office before your return option expires.

Many items get sold quicker than we can move them off of our site. Your payment will not get processed until we confirm the item sis available to ship to you.

We are confirming the inventory to make sure the product is ready to ship before you are actually charged. Your purchase only has a ‘hold’ on the finances (similar to booking a hotel room), until the item has been confirmed ready to send.

When vendors get paid

Money gets released after a 5 – 7 inspection period to the vendor that sold the product, unless the buyer confirms immediately before that 5 – 7 day inspection period time they want the item

Have the vendor provide

The tracking # of the parcel so we can send it to the buyer to then charge their card (item by item for each vendor if more than one vendor is involved in the sale).

Treasure Store seller must realize their financial responsibility of (of course this is just like normal business of them selling the item direct.

Heritage Auctions website has a sales tax information tab which I can model for customers and vendors.

Vendor requirements

You must have our established related business to the collectible industry for at least 3 years
You must have either a business license or tax Id #
You must state that your items are authentic and if restored, what areas of the item have been restored.

I need to verify if:

Vendors have their products posted somewhere
Also if they do where are they posted
Plus if they are posted I need to know at what price.

Vendor must note any alterations or repairs or damage that happened to the item before shipping it ot the buyer

Treasure Store outcall service for vendors to sell their products and selling rates.

Special Services
For an additional 14% sales commission (14% + 14% + 28%) we can h ave our staff make outgoing calls to prospective buyers to try and have you sell this product faster. Our concierge service includes cost of our staff time phone calling, mailing time, plus possibly sending pictures of your product.

Wording for vendors to write interesting original content that might make a difference for product positioning especially for items overseas

For quicker sales we recommend that you nicely describe your items with interesting original contect that has not been copied from possible copyrighted wording . If you wish to have someone from our stadd to the descriptive writing for you the fee will be $10 per item. Note: visionary positioning on our website might be determined if there is no descriptive writing for your product.

I should do the same thing ‘heritage auctions’ does. Where they only supply ‘descriptive writing’ for items priced over $500 (I will keep it as an option for vendors to do that for items under $500).
